You must bring a trusted partner / friend / companion with you to the workshop. Each participant should register and sign the waiver separately.

Bring a camp pad or thick exercise mat, a blanket (or 2) and any other props you may need (pillows, bolster, eye mask, etc.) to remain comfortable lying on the floor for about 45 minutes. Water and a snack are recommended to help you ground after you’re done breathing.

A clean diet (meat-/drug-/alcohol-free) is suggested for AT LEAST 24 hours before the workshop. It is also recommended to NOT EAT two hours prior to the breath work session to maximize your experience.

This workshop is not recommended if you are pregnant, have a history of aneurisms, cardiovascular problems, high blood pressure, vision problems, osteoporosis, or any recent physical injuries or surgeries. It is also not recommended for people who experience severe psychiatric symptoms or seizures or who take heavy medication.
